UPHCS, in partnership with Equality Michigan, is proud to announce our upcoming Summer ECHO Program, Implicit Bias: Understanding Equity in Healthcare, has been approved for accreditation.
This four session ECHO series will cover the following topics:
- Understanding Common Experiences in LGBTQIA+ Healthcare – 07/08/26
- Understanding Affirming Care – 07/22/26
- Practical Guide for Documentation for LGBTQIA+ Patients – 08/19/26
- Building Inclusive Healthcare Networks – 09/02/26
Sessions for the cohort will occur Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 PM EST via Zoom
Healthcare professionals are invited to participate.
• An opportunity to present your challenging cases and receive recommendations from a multidisciplinary team of specialists and peers
• $200 incentive for case presenters
• Counts towards your state-mandated Implicit Bias training requirement
• Access to all references and resources
