The RN – Week Day – Obstetrics provides and coordinates total nursing care for the obstetrical and newborn patient. Provides ongoing nursing assessment, determining physiological, psycho-social, and emotional needs of the patient and family in accordance with established philosophy, policies, and procedures. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing.
